We cannot get decent broadband from BT, they say the wires are to long. So now have a satellite dish which works great. Question :- when we cancel bt will our existing bt addresses still work? If not how do we get new addresses, pref. for free ? Have spent days chasing this and am no wiser. NB am not savvy to all the acronyms etc. and really not computer literate by most standards.
