Never send to spam - Foursquare spam / phishing

This one surprised me this morning. I think sometime last year I removed "never send to spam" from most of my filters in Gmail because too much spam was making it to my good labels. Here is an example from this morning :

Try to use the Gmail filter option "Never send to spam" as rarely as possible. Always hover (don't click!) unexpected links even in good examples like the above to make sure you're not going to a phishing page trying to steal your login. I didn't click the link. The target web page was in the .ru domain, not Foursquare. Also, I think it would be good of Google to make the warning icon and text red instead of black that matches the rest of the page.
