Need Help Setting Up My New Email in Outlook Express

I have recently changed my email provider and would like to use Outlook Express for my new email account. I have followed suggestions I have read online but can't set up my new email account.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

My ISP is Time Warner and my email address ends with roadrunner.com. A friend who has the same ISP gave me the incoming and outgoing settings. I now have been able to both send and receive messages!

I do have another issue and I'll submit a new thread stating that.
