We went on holiday and connections were bad via phone. I tried to log in and couldn't.
When we got home hotmail asked this:-
Did you request a security info change?
No I did not. I have filled out the part asking for a code for two days
and cannot get them to send me one.
How can I get back into my hotmail account?
