my mail box is frozen

Hello,
I was not able to open my email on hotmail, my id and password are correct, I can see my emails and folder but I can't open them of delete them, the page is just like frozen...
I tried to open hotmail from firefox but it didn't work
The same problem happened with my 2 other hotmail addresses...
Can someone help me please
By the way after my mail bow was opend, a strange address appeared:
