my hotmail account is blocked

I am locked out of my account, I have not updated my profile in over 15 years and back them my postal code was different. I really need to get into my account what can I do to log in again

It may be possible to work with Microsoft to get back your account if you know enough of the information associated with the account including the subject lines and approximate dates of emails that existed in the account before you lost access.
