good day,
the day before yesterday, i had a problem with my hotmail account and i could not sign in. the message shown to me is that my account has been blocked.
anyway, i followed the required steps and changed my password but then i receive the message that:
"Please try again
There was a problem and unfortunately, we have to ask you to sign in again. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
i have been trying this since yesterday and yet i could not sign in till now
i tried using this form https://security.live.com/acsr.aspx.
but again, i received an error message and could not submit my problem
