Recently, my msn contacts were getting mail from "me" with links inserted...canada prescription was one. Well, now today when I tried to log in a box kept popping up asking for my password. I'd click off it and try to sign in, then it said p/w or name was incorrect. I tried to do a reset but options are msn address or alternate (don't know what address I used when I set it up. Now I've tried to log in too many times and think I'm locked out.
I contacted msn via 800 number I found in another post and filled out a very long form to get help from the private forum.
Another thing is I've had my p/w SAVED for years!! Why is it asking for it now?
Do you think my act has been hacked? I've got banking information in there. What should I do?
