Mail send problem

I try send mail from my own server.
For hotmail I have:
host mx1.hotmail.com[65.55.92.168] said: 550 SC-001
(SNT004-MC3F34) Unfortunately, messages from 87.98.163.78 weren't sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network
is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to
Troubleshooting. (in reply to MAIL
FROM command)
Mail to check-auth@verifier.port25.com give me:

DKIM check: pass
Sender-ID check: pass

Your IP was on a hotmail's blacklist / blocklist. You can check your IP against popular spam blacklists such as spamhaus : Blocklist Removal Center - The Spamhaus Project
