Mail is not delivering to a specific address

Dear Sir,

One of our email user's mail is not delivering to a specific address. Please find below detail.

from address: jabed@trigonindustries.com
to address: ranjit@usfcollections.com

in return mail it is telling "550 5.7.1 Message rejected due to content restrictions".

Domain name and IP address is listed in LASHBACK. Is the reason for not delivering the mail? Please see the below.

The Lashback wold apply to all connections from your mail server, so I doubt that's part of the problem.

Most likely the receiving mail server blocked email from your domain name or specifically from your email address.

Try sending from other email addresses in your domain, are all of them blocked or only from jabed@trigonindustries.com?

Is your outgoing IP address 203.112.76.146? That IP has a terrible sender score:

It appears your domain name and possibly your sending IP address have a terrible reputation.

Get that mail server and IP cleaned up, and fix anuy other abuse issues leaving your network, create an SPF record, and then once the sender score improves to above 70 try contacting or calling usfcollections.com and asking if there is anything more that can be done so you can email the person in the domain that you are trying to reach.

You can also try contacting abuse@chinookcommunications.com after your reputation is fixed.
