I have always wondered about this. I received an email like this

From:Mail delivery subsystem.

subject: Delivery status notification (failure)

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for recipient domain.

Says invalid mailbox

My question is I sent a group email, and then I get this message. Does that mean the email failed at said address or does it fail to send to all of the recipients.

I've often wondered if I'm supposed to resend email with out the recipient that had failed?



Customer Service

The only email that is not received is the email that is undeliverable. All other recipients will receive the email without a problem.
