You have a great Sender Score of 98 / 100

Try removing any links or sending from a different domain name. Do those emails get through?

The recipients mail server might have your domain name blocked.

There is also a very short TTL of 5 minutes (300 seconds) on your reverse DNS PTR record.

It's unrelated to this issue, but will keep you from landing on some picky RBL's if you increase it to at least 14400. I recommend 86400.

Take "test" out of the subject line. It is quite common to use that as a trigger in MailWasher or SpamAssassin to detect spam.
