Mail.com is running my Emails on listet IP with "low reputation"

I am a premium user at Mail.com
Since yesterday my Mail is marked als SPAM. And on abusix it says: IP is listed as spam and running for emails as listed "low reputation".
I did not found any customer service on Email as I am living in Switzerland I can't just call the U.S. premium number.
May somebody here knows an answer?

It was probably me that you spoke to at Abusix.

I remembered after you left that mail.com has a "Postmaster" page for reporting issues and that contains all the relevant information for people that run their own mail servers. In this case, this page: Outbound mail server | mail.com Postmaster - shows the two "Low Reputation" servers that mail.com are forcing your mail out of. And those are the two systems are blocked in almost every blocklist (because they're telling us to do this, and indeed there is all sorts of spam that comes from these hosts).

You could use this page to contact mail.com directly without going via the phone service: Contact form | mail.com Postmaster
