New Email
I’ve forgotten my aol email account password, After I’ve selected FORGOTTEN PASSWORD Im then directed to a page that informs me that a verification number has been sent to a mobile number I no longer use.
This issue is causing problems because I have an app that I’ve transferred over to my new phone. Im unable to open it unless I log into my AOL email account & retrieve a code to verify my new mobile number, after inputting this code I guess I’m able to reset my password.
I’ve obviously got my AOL email address registered on this app that I cannot open, retrieving this code from my email account (use to open app) Im directed to the AOL Log in page.
How can I access my AOL email account that has the only option of sending a code to my old mobile number!! So that I can reset my password
