Lost folder under Hotmail

Hello,

I recently lost a folder in my Hotmail account (most likely when it forced to Outlook). I do not see it under "deleted" & have no idea how to recover it & its emails. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me please?

Hi Pete,

Are you using a web browser on desktop or a mobile app to read your email?

If you're using a web browser make sure the carrot / trigle is clicked to show your folders:

If you're on mobile, some of the apps require you to click into the account to see your folders - My trash folder disappeared on my iPad
