Lost emails

On Nov 2 or 3, I suddenly lost approx 3 months of emails. When I signed in on 11/3, I found the newest emails were dated Aug 5. I checked other folders and found that the sent emails were current.

I tried the help screen, but ended up in a loop. I received a questionaire, and made a comment and entered a contact email address, but there's been no feed back from Yahoo. Tonight, I tried calling the customer care line at 800-318-0612, but my problem didn't fit any of the options. I know I'm using a free email service, but I'd expect that Yahoo needs satisfied users to attract advertisers.

I'd appreciate any assistance/suggestions. Thanks.
