Hello, apologies if this has been asked many time prior.
Working with a new system that sends security related email alert information to many users at once. Mostly Gmail and Hotmail accounts, of course this looks like spam, coming from one IP address. The users are okay with the mail coming to them, it's been approved etc.
Does anyone know how we can prevent our email server / Domain / IP address etc from Gmail's and Hotmail's blackist ?
Is there any service out there that will manage this or provide whitelisting etc. Even a service for fee is fine.
