I agree it took a long time sometimes for me to get responses and my account eventually activated yesterday.

It appears they had a spam problem that was resolved around 3 weeks ago.

It seems to line up with a downtime a few weeks ago. I wonder if it was a web coding improvement, spam filtering wrapped around the system, or both.
