New Email
I use Thunderbird on a Mac for my email. I have a problem where some real, valid email is ending up in the Trash because filters deem it spam! Some is valid, but often it's from a real company that I deal with for business and they are sending me receipts for my orders or answering my questions. I cant get it to stop sending those emails to the Trash. When i find them in Trash they wont forward to my IN box. My guess is because sometimes they have attachments. I've looked in all the categories I can think of to fix this but with no success. Can anyone help? Thunderbird is up to date.
