"IMail Server has always been known as being an administrator-friendly application,” said Tripp
Allen, president of Ipswitch Messaging Division. “With IMail Server v12 our goal was to build
upon that reputation by delivering a web client that is both highly customizable and extremely
intuitive.”
Ipswitch Messaging Division continually engages customers to learn their specific product
needs. "The idea for a new client was generated from our customer interactions," says Allen.
"We learned that customers are decreasing their dependence on desktop applications and are
increasing their usage of mobile and web clients. Version 12 begins the process of moving away
from an email only web application and adds notes, tasks, RSS feeds, and much more. We've
also added a mobile friendly web client allowing access for those mobile devices that do not
