Hello,

It sounds like you have already followed the correct process.

Are the automated responses that you are receiving coming from an address like mail-abuse-bulk@cc.yahoo-inc.com ?

Sometimes Yahoo responds fast, sometimes it can take a couple weeks.

Right now I'd recommend a little patience.

Is there an urgent problem that you are trying to resolve?

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. We do not receive any automatic responses at all. They have got our IP numbers but seems to be waiting for us to fill in domain keys.

Right now the problem is urgent, some of our mail servers has been blocked and we have over 700 000 customers. We already participate in AOLs and Hotmails feedback loop program and suspend spammers as soon as we receive a complaint (or see unusual mail activity in the servers). The last days we have not had any spamming accounts so we have no idea what triggered the block.

Could it have been too many emails sent to Yahoo at once?

Do you have the ability to spread out the outgoing email across more IP addresses and slow down how fast you are sending them to Yahoo?

Have you tried contacting Yahoo using the general bulk sender form? Yahoo! Mail Bulk Sender Form

Use that link to create a ticket and then you'll have a contact you can work with to resolve your issues sending email to Yahoo.

I have investigated further now and the problem actually seems to be that a lot of mails is sent to Yahoo in a short time. The block is most likely not caused by user complaints even if the error message says so.

Now we know how to solve the problem in our end, even if Yahoo doesn't answer. Thank you for your help!
