Installing eStationery - No "Stationery" folder in Microsoft folder

Hi,

I'm trying to install some eStationery and there is no Stationery folder existing in my Microsoft folder. I tried creating one and adding the files but the files still do not appear when I'm looking for them in Outlook under the Personal Stationery Theme button. How do I create the correct file and path so my custom stationery can be installed?
