    Hello I ask support on Incredimail about bad connection. This was the answer:
    Please note that IncrediMail is an email client, not an email account provider.

    Your Mailbox connectivity limit is set and imposed by your email account provider, not by IncrediMail.

    Please contact your email account provider's customer service for further assistance.

    Must I contact Hotmail? So yes how I contact Hotmail?
