Incorrect Time on Incoming Emails

A friend of mine is saying her emails are coming in with the time incorrect as to when they were really sent. We tested this with an experiment. I sent her an email from my computer and included the time in the message. When she received it the time on the email was two hours later than when I really sent it. The clock on my computer and hers was the correct time. Any ideas?

Hello,

It sounds like the timezone setting is off on either her computer or the program she uses to read her email. For example you might both say 7:00pm on your computer clocks but you are set to US Eastern and she is set to US Pacific time. If you need help finding the timezone settings please let us know what OS she has (Windows users can double click the clock in the lower right) and what program she uses for reading her email (for example Yahoo Mail). Did this answer help you to fix the problem?
