People claim they are sending us emails with attachments, and we get the email but no indication of an attachment. We ask them to re-send it. When the email arrives again, the file appears larger, but there is still no indication of an attachment other than the sender stating he sent it. Is there a setting of ours that needs to be changed or is it on the sender's side of things?
