Inactive Alternative Yahoo mail

Kindly assist as I have forgotten my yahoo security answer ans as such, code is been sent to my inactive alternate yahoo ID (josephochidi@oceanicbank.com) how do I inform yahoo of this and change of my alternate email to Jochidi@ecobank.com.

Pls assist.
