'i' symbol that says that one account won't sync

    I have two yahoo accounts that I use regularly. I'm seeing a 'i' symbol that says that one account is not 'sync'd', but I can't determine what I need to do to fix. Right now I can't successfully send emails from this particular account.

    Hi Jay, make sure you have the latest app. Also, powering off your phone and turning it back on tending to fix problems with the Yahoo app not syncing. Another suggestion is to try switching between wi-fi and regular cell service.
