According to their help site Cogeco can assist you with any passwords that have been set up on our servers. If you have forgotten the password for your primary email address, the account holder or an authorized contact will need to call Technical Support and will need to verify ID for the password to be reset. If you have forgotten the password for a secondary address, you can change the password through Self Care. Passwords for software profiles and third party email cannot be accessed or changed by our technical support.
