I can't send emais

When I click Send, the mail doesn't go through but Yahoo ID page and security warning sign show up.

It sounds like your account many have been compromised and used by spammers to send a large amount of email :

Try the following :

• Immediately change your password
• Immediately change your security questions and answers
• Check your forwards to make sure an unexpected forward has not been created
• Wait 24-48hrs for the block to clear and try sending email again
