I cannot open a yahoo attachment. I read a another post where it fixed someone's problem where Yahoo Norton's scan was interfering with another person PC-Cilin virus protection. The two couldnt both be on. This sounds like my problem too but I'm using Eset Smart Security and can't figure out where/how to make the necessary setting changes.
Also just fyi - when I click on the download button it scans with norton and says no virus detected. I then click continue, and receive a zipped file with the current date. I then say open and a blank zipped screen opens.
