I can't access my yahoo mail

    Hello

    i know my yahoo id and password but i sign in in a different location so yahoo wants me to verify and
    for that suggests three ways which are text or call the phone number that i don't access anymore or sending the code to exact yahoo mail that want to sign in
    please help
