I cannot login

Since three days i am trying to login my yahoo mail ID, it shows

Actually the problem is now i don't have the above mentioned mobile number then how can i receive the code and the message shows or email address but there is no option for e-mail address, i request you to please help me to get out from this issue, since i have lot of things to do with my yahoo account.

Are you able to log in from a device that yahoo does recognize? (one that you have logged into yahoo with in the past) If so, log in there and then change your verification options.
