i cannot access or complete change of password for yahoo email

Help please,
I am trying to change my Yahoo password. I get a yahoo code on my mobile and when I type it in it after it verifies my identity and then stalls when I click on the 'next'. Does the same when I get the reset password in another email. It verifies my identity but freezes and does not allow me to complete the steps.
Tried calling Yahoo by phone but no answer. I really need access p to my medical records please help.

Make sure you are using the real Yahoo customer service phone number 1-800-318-0612 and not a 3rd party tech support phone number.

Try making sure that your web browser and flash player are up to date.
