I cannot access folders or email in hotmail

I can log into hotmail using web browsers, google chrome, fire fox, and internet explorer. When logged in I cannot access any folders, such as delete, junk, sent, or open any emails. I don't know if a setting got changed or what. I tried the things suggested listed in previous forums, such as logging in on another computer and that worked; however, it is not working on my computer. Any suggestions??? Please keep in mind, I am new to this, first time user, so hopefully I can navigate around here......

Having the same problem with accessing my inbox, but unable to open or delete any messages. Have ran multiple scans and and anti malware but still unable to resolve the problem. If you ever found a way round this, I would be grateful if you could tell me. Arghhh
