To turn off Outlook.com account logins from account aliases:
1) Go to Sign in to your Microsoft account
2) Uncheck the boxes next to your account aliases, then click Save.
It is also possible to use an alias for logging in that's different than the email address you use to communicate with others by email so that no one knows your Outlook login username.
