How to setup an Office 365 email account in Microsoft Outlook using Exchange ActiveSync

To configure an Office 365 email account in Microsoft Outlook first go to your Control Panel and double click open the Mail icon:

Next, click the Email Accounts button:

Click the New button:

Select E-mail Account and click Next:

Compete the information including complete email address and password:

If your DNS is properly configured Microsoft Outlook should automatically complete the rest of your configuration using ActiveSync and connect to your email account.
