How to recover my sent e-mails?

Hi Sir

I have accidentally deleted my sent emails. My email account is with hotmail. I am using Internet explorer. I really need to have my sent email back because unfortunately I deleted them accidentally. My email account that I need to recover its sent messages is: z_pegah@hotmail.com. Please help

Sorry, but if you deleted your email there is likely no way for you to recover them.

Going forward instead of using the Hotmail webmail you can use a mail program on your computer configured to access hotmail with pop3.

This would allow you have backups of your Hotmail within your computer backups.
