How to format linked text in Outlook Express

    To link a text word or phrase to a specific web site in Outlook Express :

    • Start a new email
    • Verify that you are sending an HTML email by going to the format menu and selecting Rich Text (HTML) :

    • Type the body of your email message :

    • Highlight the word or phrase that you want linked to the web site :

    • Click the Hyperlink button :

    • Type in the web site address and click OK :

    • Now your text is a link in your email!
