To rule out addons being the problem start Outlook by going to the command prompt and typing:
Outlook.exe /safe
It's always a good idea to make sure you have a current Antivirus such as Avast, and run a scan with Malwarebyres.
If that does not work try the Microsoft Office Configuration Analyzer:
