To combine the email from two Yahoo Mail accounts please download Mozilla Thunderbird and follow these directions.
Create a forward to send NEW email from the old account to the new account:

To move your OLD email to the new acocunt use Mozilla Thunderbird and configure both accounts as IMAP accounts:

Once both accounts are configured you have the option to copy some or all of the email from the old account to the new account.
After the copies are done you also have the option to delete email from the old account if you don't want to keep it as a backup.
