I am using Outlook 2010. After finding a mail using search, how do I cancel the search and yet stay on same mail item. I need this because sometimes the found item is in another (archive) file, deep in some folder. If I have to see mails around that time frame, I have to navigate to that file.
Also, is it possible to turn on conversations view on found item so as to see related mails in that conversation.
