how to block pill spams

I am getting spammed to death with erectile disfunction pill pushers. 50 -100 every day at all times of the day. I don't want to hear from anyone telling me how many spams THEY get, I want to hear some way to make this go away . . . or slow the flow. Thanks skiwjt
