How to add an additional shared mailbox in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Do you need to access another exchange shared mailbox from your Microsoft Outlook 2010?

To add the additional mailbox please follow these steps :

  • Click File -> Info -> Account Settings -> and the select Account Settings

  • Highlight the account you want to modify and click Change

  • Click More Settings

  • Go to the Advanced tab and click Add

  • Type in the name of the mailbox
ok apply ok next follow directions.JPG
  • Click OK -> Next -> Follow -> Finish -> Close
After clicking close the new mailbox will appear in the left side navigation of your mail screen with Microsoft Outlook 2010
