What do you do to organize your Gmail?

What kinds of filters, labels, sorting, reminders do you use?

Do you have any browser plugins that help?

Do you have any Gmail Labs enabled to help keep you organized?

I have Gmail's Smart Labels feature turned on, which is kind of cool but I already had filters setup before G put out this feature.

Smart Labels plus Unread First is how I run my Gmail account.

Aside from that I have a several labels with filters that automatically mark as read and archive stuff I don't need to see like WP DB backups, etc.
