How do you block spam and viruses?

Hello,

What tools do you use to block spam and viruses?

For my personal e-mail I have my own server and run ClamAV and SpamAssassin.

I keep the scores set very aggressive and maintain a whitelist of my contacts.

for my personal mail I rely on an ISPs clam-av and spamassassin. On my personal client machine I run avast! and spybot. I've recently done another full qmail/webmail/pop/imap build, it also uses clamav and spamassassin.

On my computer I use Avast antivirus, ZoneAlarm free firewall, Spybot Search and Destroy and StopZilla.
