I lost my password and secret token. Is there a way to recover my account?

If you lose your password AND your ScryptmailToken.key file I believe it's not possible to reset your SCRYPTmail password.

It is important to store the token .key file in a safe place when creating your @SCRYPTmail account.

Unfortunately without knowing password or having secret token there is no way to proof account ownership. Our service build to protect your identity as much as possible, and we do not ask any additional information during account creation.

In future we will add option to provide control questions or recover email. But at the moment, only option is to create a new account.
