How do I get rid of the unsubscribe folder?

Can someone please help me get rid of the yahoo unsubscribe folder? After I right click on the folder to permanently delete it, it returns when certain people email me.

It acts as if I have 2 inboxes and has been happening for over a year. anyone please????
