How can I track the emails of my employees?

    Now, as our company is growing bigger I would like to allow the people working for my company to get their own email addresses.

    However, as we are still at the beginning I need to make sure I have absolute control over all business activities including email conversations (at least for the first six months). Any idea how to realise that at a low or no cost? The only way I currently see is that they continue to log into webmail. Do you have any other suggestions?

    What you're describing is an email archiving service. I recommend LuxSci - Email Archiving

    From the description of your requirements I think you'd be happy with the easy/basic version of the service that allows searching of all inbound and outbound emails.
