Hi, I am having difficulty getting into my email account, I have had my laptop sorted because it was running slow and freezing. Since I had it back, I can't get into my account, I have tried to do so by setting an account when asked, this was over 24hrs ago. so I am asking for help. I am on windows xp and am using Chrome. I don't know if that is enough info, can you help?

What is preventing you from getting into your account? Are you getting an error that you are using the wrong password?
