Why does all my emails go straight into the deleted box from there i can open all new emails but i would like them to go to inbox in the first place

The best to start is to check your safe and blocked senders list :

In this case you want to check the blocked senders. Double check and make sure you did not create a rule that is blocking all new emails to your account.

On the same options page as the safe senders list check your filters and see if you checked the option for "exclusive" which would block all email that is not from people in your safe senders list.
